Project Manager

Job Description

  • Lead project planning sessions
  • Manage relationships with trial organizations and stakeholders
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required
  • Manage changes and handle issues
  • Design risk mitigation plan
  • Design and sign off on contracts
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff

Skills & Requirements

  • Education Level : Bachelor, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science related disciplines
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, logical and able to work under pressure independently
  • A self-motivated, proactive and responsible team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sense in user experience is a plus
  • Experience in business process design/re-engineering is a plus
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English verbal and written communication skill, pro client in mandarin is a plus
